Biodegradable polypropylene non-woven fabric
We have achieved the incorporation of biodegradability into polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric. It biodegrades in the natural environment while maintaining the properties of PP.
This product utilizes Biotransformation technology, allowing it to decompose in the natural environment without leaving microplastics behind. The biodegradation process will begin after the expected period, so it can be used as a regular PP non-woven fabric before the biodegradation starts. It is also possible to recycle it before the decomposition begins, and after decomposition, it is converted into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass, making it an environmentally considerate material design. The effectiveness of biodegradability has been confirmed by a third-party organization in accordance with UK BSI PAS 9017 and ASTM D5988/ISO 17556.
